About Z Chief Baker

Nicole Bennett-Jones is first and foremost a woman of God. She is a wife, mother, and 

entrepreneur. Nicole grew up in Baltimore City, watching her great-grandmother, Shug, 

create delicious meals and fantastic desserts. 

After graduating from the Lincoln Culinary Institute in Columbia MD ten years ago, Nicole created Shugg's Catering -- a tribute to her great-grandmother and a successful business in which she creates those beautiful meals she learned as a child, as well as sumptuous cakes, pies, cupcakes, cookies, and more. 

Nicole was the first one onboard with Zoe to help her learn how to bake as a professional. Her love and patience are abundant, and while Zoe is our inspiration and motivation, 

Nicole is the heart of our kitchen.
