About Z Chief Baker
Meet Nicole
Nicole Bennett-Jones is first and foremost a woman of God. She is a wife, mother, and
entrepreneur. Nicole grew up in Baltimore City, watching her great-grandmother, Shug,
create delicious meals and fantastic desserts.
After graduating from the Lincoln Culinary Institute in Columbia MD ten years ago, Nicole created Shugg's Catering -- a tribute to her great-grandmother and a successful business in which she creates those beautiful meals she learned as a child, as well as sumptuous cakes, pies, cupcakes, cookies, and more.
Nicole was the first one onboard with Zoe to help her learn how to bake as a professional. Her love and patience are abundant, and while Zoe is our inspiration and motivation,
Nicole is the heart of our kitchen.
About Z Junior Baker
Meet Steven
Steven Tyler-Villacis is a young man on the autism spectrum. We are honored to have him join us at Zoe's Just Dezzerts, as his is the neurodiversity we strive to share with the community at large.
When Steven was a very young boy he learned to bake with cake mix, and determined to learn how to make his own desserts from scratch. In high school, Steven took advantage of the Career and Technology Center and joined the high school Culinary Arts Program. He learned the basics of cooking and chose to focus his efforts on baking.
Last year, Steven graduated from the Lincoln Technical Culinary Institute in Columbia, Maryland with a specialty in International Baking and Pastry. He is very pleased to be able to realize his goals and work in a professional bakery.
We are grateful that Steven has joined our team. He is a joy in the kitchen, a hard worker with professional skills.
We are confident that you will be delighted by Steven's creations in the bakery!

Mykala Henry is a passionate person who loves the little things in life. She enjoys making art,
baking, listening to music, and playing
video games in her free time.
Mykayla is very excited to get z bakery open and to share her love of sweets with the rest of the world.
